Great question ^!

52:42
Others, please feel free to add questions here or in Q&A as they come to you. And I'll facilitate q&a at the end

53:47
Can families on SSI also get the child tax credit?

56:41
Can families who are not legal citizens or resident aliens who have resident alien/US citizen children able to receive the credit?

58:52
is there a deadline to receive CTC. I know the tool will be taken down mid October and folks can still get everything when filing next year. but is there a last day to ever get it

01:01:12
What happens if the family changes banking information?

01:12:19
The web site getctc.org has also been mentioned...is this the same?

01:13:46
Great question, Laura! childtaxcredit.gov = general resources, and all the info you'll need. On there you'll see a link to GetCTC.org - which is your hub for the nonfiler signup tool, and resources for navigators signing up nonfilers! Both are super helpful links to keep bookmarked

01:15:45
How will non-filers be able to get the second half of the credit next year. Will a different tool be available next tax season?

01:15:46
is that the same for other federal benefits

01:16:10
the full year

01:20:07
How do families who do not have access to the internet/computers do this? Is there a phone number or some way to do this by mail?

01:20:15
Food stamps, cash aid etc. I knew it doesn't but he mentioned a time frame of a year

01:21:54
Can you do this by mail or by phone?
